Carteck Georgian Vertical gives a traditional look but the performance of modern German door.
The Carteck Georgian Vertical garage doors are available in a choice of 17 colours from our Trend range, considered to be the most popular colours for garage doors, but come in standard white. If none of the colours are to your taste, it is also possible to have any RAL colour – we can also colour match from samples. For doors coloured in this way, doors are made and cut to size from white panels and then sprayed to the required colour.
Each is available in a choice of four surface finishes, with four wood effect laminate finishes also available – with the inside of the door finished in a practical grey white stucco texture and a flush wipe clean surface.
The doors are made from 40mm thick insulated, interlocking panels and an aluminium hollow section frame that provides excellent strength, rigidity and resistance to corrosion. For effective draught reduction, the door frame has a three-sided weather strip – As well as a circumferential weather strip around the door leaf. For a neat finish, profiles are mitre jointed.
Our Carteck doors come with high quality stainless steel handles and lock covers. The door leaves are hung on a sturdy aluminium block frame and come with door stays as standard. The active leaf has a double throw dead bolt and soft latch, whilst the inactive leaf is secured with flush bolts top and bottom. The locks provide enhanced strength to combat attempts to force them apart. The active leaf is available with three point locking for greater security.
